Red dust cap as fitted to all GAS IT tanks and GAS IT Plus bottles PRV ( Pressure Relief Valve ).
This red dust cap is fitted to stop any contaminants or water getting into the PRV when fitted on the gas tank and GAS IT Plus bottle which could cause the valve to not work correctly.
The size of the red dust cap is 24mm diameter ( across ) and 9mm deep. ( from top to bottom ).
This item will generally fit other brands of gas tanks we just recommend you check the inside threaded size is compatable with our measurments above before buying.
We check all the replacement red caps that we sell to make sure they are to the correct tightness in the PRV, so whilst they are brand new, they might show signs of previous fitting.
