If you currently have a 30mb bulkhead mounted regulator on your Caravan or Motorhome and want to join the gas taps off 2 GAS IT, Gaslow or Alugas bottles to your regulator then this is the simple to use GAS IT changeover kit you need. We also do a version of this kit that will work with 2 exchange gas bottles from the likes of Calor, Flogas, Countrywide etc and a version that will work even if you have 1 exchange and 1 refillable gas bottle ( A mixture of both exchange and refillable.)
This Semi Automatic GAS IT Tee piece, which is fitted with none return valves, simply fits in place of the single pigtail on your bulkhead regulator already. When fitted you then connect the 2 GAS IT bottle pigtails included in the kit on to the Tee piece - its as simple to fit and use as that and in the future turning from one gas bottle to the next will not require any tools.
You then have 2 options for use - Manual or Auto.
1) Manual use - You can use it as a manual change over system where you leave one gas bottle turned off and the other one on. It would work like a reserve system so when your first gas bottle runs out of gas you simple go to your gas locker and open your second full bottle - all done without the need for tools!
2) Automatic use - If you want to use both bottles without having to go to turn one on when you run out of gas in the first bottle then all you need to do is leave both bottles taps open and when you use your appliances the gas will come from both bottles at the same time.
Included in the GAS IT kit is :-
1 x Direct to Bulkhead regulator Tee piece with built in non return W20 Male x W20 Male x W20 Female fittings.
2 x 0.5mtr Pigtails with 21.8LH gas bottle ends to work with all GAS IT bottles, Gaslow and Alugas bottles.
Don't forget, this has nothing to do with the filling of refillable gas bottles - that's done automatically on the fill side of the bottles, this is to allow 2 gas bottles to be connected together to one bulkhead regualtor.
It is super easy to install in less than 5 minutes and its functionality is seamless, so if you current change your gas bottles over then you can easily fit this GAS IT twin bottle outlet kit.
As we mentioned, your gas bottles don't have to be refillable to use this joining 2 bottle T piece kit, it works perfect with exchangeable type gas bottles from 6kg up to 47kg - all you need is to order the right kit including the corresponding gas pigtails to fit your bottles.
If you have more than 2 bottles, by simply connecting more of these tee's together will allow more bottles and tanks to be joined.
