Technical Support.

To streamline the technical support here at GAS IT HQ, we have introduced a new feature for technical support called the GAS IT Technical Support Ticket System.  


This new Ticket System allows both parties to keep a track of any technical questions you have now and in the future, all in one easy to find location. It allows pictures and files to be easily uploaded, and whilst it let you know the ticket has been answered by email, it is independent and doesn't suffer from Spam like solely communicating by email can.


The new GAS IT Technical Support Ticket System automatically sends over your questions to us and when we answer it sends a notification by email, but you can come back and log on.
